These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the SmartToolNexa website and its tools (the "Service"), operated by Naqash NQK, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SmartToolNexa provides free, browser-based tools: a QR Code Generator, a PDF Merge tool and a Profit & Margin Calculator. The tools run in your web browser; we do not receive or store the content you enter or the files you process (see our Privacy Policy). No account is required.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- create QR codes that point to or contain malware, phishing pages, scams or other deceptive or illegal content;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights, including merging or distributing documents you have no right to use;
- break any law that applies to you;
- interfere with the website, overload it with automated requests, or try to get around its security; or
- copy or republish the website's text, design or guides as your own.
3. Your content and results
You keep all rights to the content you enter and the files you process. The QR codes, merged PDFs and calculations you create are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. You are responsible for that content, for checking that results are correct before relying on them, and for keeping your own backups of important files.
4. Our content
The website's design, text, guides and logo belong to us and are protected by copyright. Open-source libraries used by the tools (qrcode, jsQR and pdf-lib) remain subject to their own licenses.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. For example, always test a QR code with a phone before printing it, and check important figures yourself. See also our Disclaimer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including printing costs for QR codes or decisions made using calculator results. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The website may show ads served by third parties such as Google, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or linked sites, and an ad does not mean we endorse the advertiser.
8. Changes and availability
We may update, add or remove tools, or change these Terms. When we change the Terms we will update the date above; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
