Please don't send
- The private files you were working with. Our tools never need them, and describing the problem is usually enough for us to help.
- Passwords, payment card details, bank details or ID numbers.
Who you are contacting
SmartToolNexa is operated by Naqash NQK, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We don't have a phone line or a public office, so email is the way to reach us.
