1. Who we are

This website, SmartToolNexa (smarttoolnexa.com), is operated by Naqash NQK, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or your data, email info@naqashnqk.com.

2. Information we collect, and what we don't

We do not ask you to create an account, and the site has no sign-up, login, comment or upload forms. We do not collect your name, address or payment details.

The only personal information we receive directly is what you choose to send us by email (for example your email address and the contents of your message).

Like almost every website, our hosting provider receives technical information when your browser requests a page; see section 4.

3. How the tools handle your data

• QR Code Generator: the links, text, contact details, Wi-Fi names and passwords you enter are converted into a QR code by JavaScript running in your browser. A logo image you add is read by your browser and drawn onto the code on your device. None of this is sent to our server. The generated PNG or SVG is created on your device and saved by your browser's normal download.
• QR "Image" type: this option encodes a link to an image that is already online. To show a preview, your browser loads that image directly from the web address you typed, so the website hosting the image receives that request (including your IP address) under its own privacy policy.
• PDF Merge: the PDF files you select are read by your browser using its built-in file access and combined in memory on your device. Your files are not uploaded to our server, and we never receive, see or store them. Because we never receive them, there is nothing for us to delete; closing or refreshing the page clears them from the page's memory.
• Profit & Margin Calculator: calculations happen in your browser as you type. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or saved.

4. Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard request information such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. Cloudflare's request logging is enabled for this site so we can troubleshoot errors; these logs contain technical request details (for example the address requested, browser information and approximate location derived from network data), not anything you type into the tools, and they are deleted automatically after a short period (a few days). Cloudflare's own handling of data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services used by the website

When a page loads, your browser also downloads files from these providers. Each one receives your IP address and standard browser information as part of that request:

• Google Fonts (Google LLC): web fonts used for the site's typography. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ and the Google Privacy Policy.
• cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare): delivers the open-source qrcode and pdf-lib libraries used by the QR and PDF tools.
• jsDelivr: delivers the open-source jsQR library used to verify QR codes. See the jsDelivr privacy policy.

These libraries run inside your browser. They do not receive the content you enter or the files you merge. We do not use any analytics, tracking pixels or social media plugins.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

SmartToolNexa itself does not set cookies and does not use browser storage (such as localStorage) to track you. In some situations Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, for example when it shows a check to block automated traffic.

If advertising is enabled (see section 7), Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies for advertising, frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention.

7. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Current status: no ads are shown on this website at the moment and no advertising cookies are used. We plan to apply for Google AdSense, and this section explains how advertising will work once it is switched on. We will update this policy when that happens.

When ads are shown:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• Ads may be personalized (based on your interests) or non-personalized (based on general context such as the page you are viewing and your approximate location), depending on your choices and the law where you live.
• Other ad technology vendors that work with Google may also serve or measure ads. Google lists these partners in its list of ad technology providers.

Your choices about personalized ads

• You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in Google Ads Settings (My Ad Center).
• You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices (US) or www.youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Ads will still appear, but they will be less relevant.

Consent

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we will use Google's consent management tool (a Google-certified consent platform that follows the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) to ask for your consent before cookies are used for personalized ads. Where US state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the same tool can show the relevant options. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy & cookie choices link at the bottom of every page.

8. Data retention and deletion

• Tool data: not stored by us at all, because it never leaves your device.
• Hosting logs: kept by Cloudflare for a short period (a few days) and then deleted automatically.
• Emails you send us: kept only as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA or UK under the GDPR, California and other US states, or Saudi Arabia under the Personal Data Protection Law), you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy, withdraw consent, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information.

Because we hold very little personal data (usually only emails you have sent us), most requests can be handled quickly. Email info@naqashnqk.com; we may need to confirm that the request comes from you. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)

We process hosting and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website, and email correspondence to respond to your request. Personalized advertising, once enabled, will rely on your consent where the law requires it.

11. Children

SmartToolNexa is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security and international transfers

All pages are served over HTTPS. Cloudflare and the other providers above operate globally, so technical request data may be processed in countries other than your own, under those providers' safeguards.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, for example when advertising is switched on, and change the "Last updated" date above.
